Meet the Team

George Kaplan

George Kaplan is the Co-Founder of Choice Sports Group, guiding strategy, partnerships and growth across the portfolio. He’s focused on building a responsive, human-centered model for athlete, hospitality, and brand engagement. Previously, he led marketing at Superplastic and spent six years at The SpringHill Company, shaping brand strategy and launching its lifestyle division. His cross-sector experience enables him to create partnerships where all stakeholders succeed.

Morgan Jones

Morgan Jones leads Athlete Impact at Choice Sports Group, shaping athlete experience and development across performance, identity, and brand strategy. A former McDonald’s All-American and top-10 national recruit, she starred at Florida State, made multiple NCAA Tournament runs, and later earned MVP honors playing professionally in Puerto Rico. She also hosts Athletes to Visionaries, a podcast exploring athlete identity beyond sport. Above all, Morgan is driven by her most important role — being a mother to her son, Noah.


Head of Athlete Impact 

Stephanie is a cultural marketing and operations specialist, helping brands scale through purpose-driven strategy, high-touch experiences and trust-based partnerships. She’s worked with global brands like Google, Airbnb, Coca-Cola, Beats by Dre and the Yankees, as well as cultural figures including John Legend and LeBron James.Blending creative vision with operational rigor, she focuses on brand development, experiential strategy and sports and entertainment. Stephanie is also the proud mother of a 10-year-old daughter turned hooper.

David Bikofsky

David Bikofsky is a veteran trial attorney with 40+ years of experience. A Tufts graduate with a J.D. from Boston College Law School. Beyond the courtroom, he founded the Bay State Jaguars AAU program—one of the Northeast’s most respected pipelines for female players—and is an accomplished girls’ basketball coach who has helped more than fifty athletes reach the college level


Danielle Adefeso guides athletes through NIL growth, brand development, and entrepreneurial pathways. A former 6'2" center for the University of Arizona, she anchored the Wildcats’ frontcourt across four seasons and brought a strong interior presence to Pac-12 competition. Beyond her playing career, Danielle founded HGHT, a lifestyle apparel brand embraced by athletes and creators, merging sport, culture, and innovation. At her core, she’s committed to empowering athletes to build identities and opportunities that extend far beyond the game.
